MDF Wood Slat Acoustic Panels
- 27mm slat width. 13mm gap. 9mm PET felt backing.
- Standard sheet: 2400 x 600mm. Total thickness 21mm.
- MDF density: 700-800 kg/m³. E0 formaldehyde class available.
- Surface: Natural wood veneer (oak, walnut, ash, teak) or melamine.
- NRC: 0.50-0.60 direct mount. 0.85-0.95 with 45mm air gap + mineral wool.
- Installation: Direct screw through felt. Z-clip system. Construction adhesive.
PET Felt Acoustic Panels
- 100% polyester fiber. 60-90% post-consumer recycled content.
- Needle-punched. Thermally bonded. Zero chemical binders.
- Thickness: 9mm, 12mm, 24mm. Custom thickness on request.
- Standard sheet: 1220 x 2420mm. Custom dimensions available.
- Density: 150-230 kg/m³. Higher density = better mid-high frequency absorption.
- NRC: 9mm ~0.45. 12mm ~0.60. 24mm ~0.80. Add 50mm air gap for +0.15-0.20 boost.
- Edge profiles: Square, bevelled, rounded. CNC-cut custom shapes available.

Manufacturing Process
Wood Slat Line: E0 MDF sheet → precision grooving (CNC-controlled, 0.2mm tolerance) → veneer lamination → PET felt backing heat-pressed → individual PE wrap → 4 sheets/carton.
PET Felt Line: Recycled polyester fiber → needle-punching → thermal bonding (no chemical binders) → density QC check → precision cutting → edge profiling → PE wrap → 4 sheets/carton.
Quality Control
Every production batch undergoes: dimensional tolerance check (±0.5mm), visual surface inspection, felt density verification, and random acoustic spot-testing. Batch rejection records maintained and available for audit. Raw material traceability: MDF from certified mills, PET fiber from GRS-tracked supply chain.
Certifications

Shipping & Packaging
- Each sheet individually PE-wrapped. 4 sheets per export-grade carton with corner protectors.
- Pallets: ISPM 15 heat-treated. Strapped and labelled per container loading plan.
- MOQ: 300 sqm per order. Mixed products allowed within MOQ.
- Container: 20GP or 40HQ. Exact loading quantity varies by panel dimensions and thickness.
- Ports: Ningbo / Shanghai departure.
- Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF. Ocean transit: 25-45 days to EU/UK ports.
