MDF Wood Slat Acoustic Panels

· 27mm slat width. 13mm gap. 9mm PET felt backing.

· Standard sheet: 2400 x 600mm. Total thickness 21mm.

· Surface: natural wood veneer (oak, walnut, ash, teak) or melamine.

· NRC: 0.50-0.60 direct mount. 0.85-0.95 with 45mm air gap plus mineral wool.

· Installation: direct screw through felt, Z-clip system or construction adhesive.

PET Felt Acoustic Panels

· 100% polyester fibre with 30-50% post-consumer recycled content.

· Needle-punched. Thermally bonded. Zero chemical binders.

· Thickness: 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 24mm. Custom on request.

· Standard sheet: 1220 x 2420mm. Custom dimensions available.

· Density: 150-230 kg/m3. Higher density means better mid-high frequency absorption.

· NRC: 0.40 (9mm), 0.55 (12mm), 0.70 (15mm), 0.80 (24mm) direct mount. A 50mm air gap adds +0.15-0.20.

· Edge profiles: square, bevelled, rounded. CNC-cut custom shapes available.

Manufacturing Process: Both Lines, Step by Step

Wood Slat Line: MDF sheet, precision grooving (CNC-controlled, 0.2mm tolerance), veneer lamination, PET felt backing, individual PE wrap, four sheets per carton.

PET Felt Line: recycled polyester fibre, needle-punching, thermal bonding (no chemical binders), density QC check, precision cutting, edge profiling, PE wrap, four sheets per carton.

Quality Control: What Gets Rejected Before It Ships

Every production batch goes through a dimensional tolerance check (±0.5mm), a visual surface inspection, felt density verification and random acoustic spot-testing. Batch rejection records are maintained and available for audit.

Raw material traceability: MDF from certified mills, PET fibre from a GRS-tracked supply chain.

CE Certificate: SC-PSC-4-2026-06-53. Issued 25.06.2026. Valid until 24.06.2029. Standard: EN 13986:2004+A1:2015, AVCP System 4. Issuing Body: Certification Center LTD, Riga, Latvia (EU Notified Body). Coverage: 16 product models across the MDF wood slat and PET felt ranges.

Shipping and Packaging: Container Logic

· Each sheet individually PE-wrapped. 4 sheets per export-grade carton with corner protectors.

· Pallets: ISPM 15 heat-treated. Strapped and labelled per container loading plan.

· MOQ: 300 sqm per grade, per colour.

· Container: 20GP or 40HQ. Exact loading quantity varies by panel dimensions and thickness.

· Ports: Ningbo / Shanghai departure.

· Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF. Ocean transit: 25-45 days to EU/UK ports.
