15 Years of Building Materials Manufacturing
Eastopo started in 2011 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang - one of China's most concentrated building materials manufacturing corridors - with a simple conviction: international buyers deserve a panel supplier who treats every container as if it were headed to their own project site.
Fifteen years later, that conviction hasn't changed.
Today we operate three dedicated production sites - a 15,000 m² PVC wall & ceiling panel factory in Haining (Hangzhou region), a separate acoustic panel facility, and a breathable membrane plant - running a combined 36 production lines across all five product categories. Our panels reach distributors, contractors, and wholesalers in 10+ countries across Australia, the EU, the UK, and North America.

We are not a trading company that sources from third-party mills. We run our own extrusion tooling, our own lamination, our own MDF slat nailing, our own membrane extrusion. When you place a repeat order six months later, the same shift supervisor who ran your first batch is likely running your second. Consistency doesn't come from a QC checklist - it comes from people who know your account.
What makes Eastopo different from other Chinese panel factories:
- One supplier, five product lines, three dedicated sites. Most factories do one thing - PVC panels, or acoustic panels, or membrane. Eastopo has built purpose-built facilities for each, which means each product line gets the right equipment, the right workflow, and the right quality control - not a shared production floor where everything is compromised to fit.
- CE + TÜV at factory level. Product-level CE is common. Factory-level TÜV verification is not. Both are in place here.
- OEM is not an afterthought. Approximately 85% of our monthly output is custom-manufactured to buyer specifications. Our extrusion team can run custom profiles; our lamination team can match your Pantone reference; our packing team can apply your branded labels and barcodes. This is not "we can probably do it" - it's what we do every month.
One Supplier, Five Product Lines
Most building materials importers maintain relationships with 3–5 different Chinese factories to cover their wall and ceiling panel needs. Eastopo eliminates that complexity.

PVC Wall & Ceiling Panels
Our core line - manufactured at our 15,000 m² Haining base. Interior wall cladding, bathroom wet wall panels, ceiling planks in multiple widths (100mm–400mm), finishes (marble, woodgrain, solid colour, high-gloss), and thicknesses (5mm–10mm). All produced on in-house extrusion lines with UV-stable ink lamination. Monthly capacity: 600,000–800,000 m².
MDF Acoustic Slat Panels
Manufactured at a dedicated acoustic panel facility separate from our PVC operation. MDF wood slats are precision-cut, sanded, and auto-nailed onto PET acoustic felt backing - a process that demands its own workflow, not a corner of a PVC extrusion floor. Available in standard 600×2400mm panels with CNC-cut 3D pattern and custom groove options. Monthly capacity: 60,000–80,000 panels (≈86,000–115,000 m²).
WPC Wall Panels
PVC panels with a laminated wood-look finish for interior feature walls. Co-extrusion surface layer for UV resistance. Tongue-and-groove click-lock installation. Produced on our Haining extrusion lines.
Wall Trim & Accessories
End caps, corner trims, H-joints, skirting, and LED channel profiles - extruded in matching colours and finishes for a complete installation system. A trim mismatch can ruin a high-end wall panel installation, which is why we manufacture our own.
Breathable Roof Membrane
Produced at a standalone membrane extrusion plant. PE cast film extrusion with MDO (Machine Direction Orientation) stretching creates the microporous structure that makes the membrane breathable yet waterproof. Verified to EN 13859-1 by ICR (Verification of Conformity No. ICR/VC/HS2503106) under the Keqi/Eastopo brand. Monthly capacity: 30–50 tonnes.
Manufacturing You Can Verify

Certifications & Compliance
We don't display certifications because they look good on a website. We display them because serious buyers ask for them before they ask for a price.
| Certification | Scope | Certificate No. |
|---|---|---|
| CE (EN 13245-2) | PVC Shower Wall Panels | SC-PSC-4-2026-06-54 |
| ICR VoC (EN 13859-1) | Roof Membrane (Breathable/Waterproof) | ICR/VC/HS2503106 |
| TÜV | Factory Verification Audit | On file |
Need test reports for a specific standard - ASTM, EN, AS/NZS? Ask us. If your project requires third-party testing through SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas, we coordinate directly with the lab and ship samples within 48 hours of your request.
Production Facilities
Instead of cramming five product lines into one factory and hoping quality doesn't suffer, we operate three purpose-built production sites - each equipped for its specific manufacturing process.
| Facility | Product Lines | Key Equipment | Monthly Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Haining (Hangzhou region) - 15,000 m² | PVC Wall & Ceiling Panels | 12 extrusion lines, 2 lamination lines, 2 cold transfer printing lines, 4 CNC cutting lines, 2 automated packing lines | 600,000–800,000 m² |
| Acoustic Panel Facility (separate site) | MDF Acoustic Slat Panels, CNC-cut 3D panels | 2 multi-blade rip saws, 4 automatic nailing lines, 2 CNC engraving machines, 1 sanding/edging line, 1 packing line | 60,000–80,000 panels (≈86,000–115,000 m²) |
| Membrane Plant (separate site) | Breathable Roof Membrane | 1 PE cast film extrusion line with MDO stretching unit, 1 slitting/rewinding line, 1 hot-melt laminating line, 1 packing line | 30–50 tonnes |
This adds up to 36 production lines across three sites. Each facility runs its own QC protocol, because the tolerance that matters on an extrusion line (±0.2mm thickness) is not the same as the tolerance that matters on a nailing line (consistent slat spacing and nail depth).
A team of 30+ employees - including production operators, QC inspectors, and technical staff - runs these facilities. This structure means we control quality at every stage of every product line, with no compromises forced by shared equipment.
Quality Control That Catches Problems Before They Ship
Every batch passes through three checkpoints:
- Incoming raw material inspection. PVC compound, PET fibre, ink batches, and packaging materials are tested against specification before entering production.
- In-process sampling every 2 hours. Thickness tolerance (±0.2mm), colour consistency (Delta E < 1.5 vs. master sample), surface finish, and dimensional accuracy verified against production standards.
- Pre-loading final inspection. Random sampling per AQL 2.5 (normal inspection level II). Any batch failing AQL is 100% re-inspected before release.
This is not a "trust us" quality system. It's an auditable process. We keep QC records for 24 months - ask us for the report from your last order.
Eastopo & SMJ - Shared Standards, Different Markets
Our products ship under two brand names:
Eastopo is our international trade brand - the name on your invoice, your B/L, your packing list. It represents our full product range and is the brand most B2B buyers know us by.
SMJ is our manufacturing quality mark, stamped on select product lines that meet elevated consistency thresholds. SMJ-labelled products undergo an additional round of surface inspection before packing.
Both brands are manufactured under the same QC protocols, with the same raw material sourcing, regardless of which facility they come from. The difference is about market positioning, not quality tiers.
Your Specifications, Our Production Line
OEM & ODM Manufacturing
This is not a sideline. Approximately 85% of our monthly output is custom-manufactured to buyer specifications - not because we can't sell standard stock, but because international distributors and project buyers need panels that fit their market, not ours.
What we customise regularly:
- Profile dimensions - width, thickness, tongue-and-groove geometry
- Surface finish - Pantone-matched colours, custom print patterns, specific gloss levels
- Packaging - branded boxes, private-label sleeves, barcode labels, retail-ready cartons
- Accessories - matching trims, corner pieces, end caps extruded to your profile specification
How a typical OEM project runs:
| Step | Timeline | What Happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Specification Review | 1–3 days | Our technical team reviews your drawings, colour references, and packaging brief. We confirm feasibility and flag any mould or tooling requirements. |
| 2. Sampling | 7–15 days | Lab sample or production-line sample produced for your approval. For profile changes requiring new extrusion dies, tooling lead time is additional. |
| 3. Mass Production | 15–30 days | Full production run with in-process QC checks every 2 hours. You receive progress photos at key milestones. |
| 4. Inspection & Loading | 2–3 days | Final AQL inspection, palletising, container loading. Loading photos and QC report sent before vessel departure. |
