Eastopo manufactures fluted wall panels — the profile most buyers search as a WPC wall panel — on dedicated PVC extrusion lines in Haining, China. The range spans 21 profiles across four families, from 40mm square tube to 215mm solid grid, is CE certified under EN 13245-2, and is cut to 2–6m lengths that match container interior dimensions. Full model-by-model specifications, installation and cutting details sit on our fluted WPC panel product page.
What Is a WPC Wall Panel? Naming vs. Material
Fluted wall panels — ribbed cladding with parallel vertical channels — have become one of the most searched interior profiles in the US, UK and Australia. In retailer catalogs and marketplaces, this profile is almost universally listed under the name WPC wall panel, or wood plastic composite wall panel. That is a naming convention, not a material specification, and it matters because it changes what you actually receive when you order.
Our fluted range is marketed under the same WPC name to match how buyers search. The material, stated plainly: these are PVC profiles. None of the 21 profiles in this range contains wood powder or wood fiber. We say this on the page, not just in the quotation, because several panels sold online as WPC are genuinely wood-filled composite, and the two behave differently in wet rooms, on the scale, and over a ten-year service life.
For trade documentation, the fluted range is declared at customs under PVC panel classification with the corresponding HS code — the same treatment as our full PVC wall panel line. Our export team prepares the HS code, carton-mark template and packing-list format with every quotation, so your broker never has to guess.
Fluted Wall Panels: PVC vs. Real WPC vs. MDF vs. Solid Wood
The label WPC wall panel covers at least three different materials. Before you put a wholesale order in front of your customer, compare each one where it counts:
| Material | Water behavior | Weight | Maintenance | Best suited for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Our PVC fluted range (this page) | Closed PVC body, water absorption ≤0.5% (EN 13245-2 §5.4); will not swell | Lightest of the four: 0.9–2.61 kg/m | No painting; wipe clean | Interior walls & ceilings, incl. wet rooms |
| Wood-filled composite (real WPC) | Wood content absorbs humidity; edges and ribs affected over time | Medium-heavy | Care advised in humid interiors | Buyers who specifically want wood-filled feel |
| MDF / particleboard fluted | Wicks moisture; bottom edge cups within months in damp rooms | Medium | Paintable, not washable | Dry rooms, short-life retail fit-outs |
| Solid wood fluted | Naturally porous; needs sealing and periodic rework | Heaviest | Highest | Premium dry-room interiors |
The honest trade-off: a wood-filled composite can look closer to timber than any PVC profile will. If that is the finish your project needs, we will tell you so rather than stretch the claim. What the PVC body gives you in return is a panel that does not swell, warp or support mold, at lower weight and a lower per-meter price — which is why the fluted profile performs best in exactly the rooms buyers put it in: kitchens, bathrooms, basements and high-traffic commercial interiors.

The Fluted Range at a Glance
The range runs 21 profiles in four families plus one adjusting component, from a 40mm square tube to a 215mm solid grid. Every profile is extruded from PVC on a dedicated mold; weights run from 0.9 to 2.61kg per meter.
- Hollow core arc & grid (7) — 120–195mm; the classic fluted look; the 160mm and 150mm hollow grids are our best sellers
- Solid core (7) — 100–215mm; higher rigidity for wider spans and load-bearing accents
- Great Wall & grille (3) — 195–203mm; the profile that gave the “great wall panel” its name
- Square tube (4) — 40–150mm; linear slat-style features for ceilings and accent strips
Cut lengths run from 2m to 6m, with 240cm, 290cm and 590cm held as reference lengths that match container interior dimensions. For model-by-model dimensions, per-meter weights, packing sizes and the cutting schedule process, see the fluted WPC panel specifications page.
Where Fluted Wall Panels Work (Interior)
Fluted panels — the profile buyers search as a WPC fluted wall panel, fluted slat panel or great wall panel — are an interior product, and we scope them that way. The profiles are designed for wall and ceiling cladding inside buildings: TV and accent walls, reception and lobby features, office partitions, restaurant and hotel interiors, retail display walls, and wet interior rooms — kitchens, bathrooms and basement walls — where the closed PVC body handles humidity that MDF or wood will not. Ceiling applications use the same dry-hang system, and our WPC panel ceiling page covers the ceiling-specific profiles.
You will see some suppliers list the same profile as WPC wall cladding for exterior facades. We do not. This range is specified for interior use only, and we will point you to the correct material if a project sits on the outside of a building. That boundary is written into every quotation, so a buyer cannot inherit a warranty problem three years later.
Factory & OEM Supply: WPC Wall Panel Manufacturer in China
Eastopo operates 36 PVC extrusion lines in our Haining facility with a combined monthly capacity of 600,000–800,000 square meters. Fluted wall panels run on dedicated molds across these same lines, which is what makes profile capacity real: a 2,000-meter order per profile is routine, and larger program orders are scheduled with the same discipline as our standard PVC wall panel orders rather than treated as one-off custom projects.
Certification and material: the fluted range carries CE certification under EN 13245-2, the same standard as our PVC wall panel line, with water absorption tested at no more than 0.5% (§5.4). The material is calcium-zinc stabilized — no lead, no cadmium. Each panel is a single extruded PVC profile, not a laminated or MDF board, so there is no core that drinks water and no film bond that delaminates.
Commercial terms for wholesale buyers: MOQ 2,000 meters per profile (meter-based pricing, not square-meter based), stock lead time 18–22 days, custom-color and custom-mold programs 28–35 days, EXW / FOB / CFR / CIF. Panels are declared under PVC classification at customs, and service life follows the same standard as the PVC wall panel line: 15 years structural, 5 years color-fastness.
FAQ
Does this WPC wall panel contain wood fiber? +
No. Despite the market name, our fluted range is made from PVC — no wood powder, no wood fiber, no adhesive lamination. We keep the WPC name because that is how buyers search for this profile, and the panels are declared under PVC classification at customs. If your project genuinely needs a wood-filled composite, we will tell you and can discuss it separately.
What is the minimum order quantity? +
2,000 meters per profile. Pricing is meter-based rather than square-meter based, because each profile has a fixed width and weight set by its mold. Multi-profile orders can mix the four families — hollow core arc and grid, solid core, great wall and square tube — as long as every profile in the mix reaches its own 2,000-meter minimum.
Are fluted WPC wall panels waterproof? +
The profile is closed PVC with water absorption of no more than 0.5% under EN 13245-2 §5.4, so the panel itself will not swell, delaminate or support mold. We specify the range for interior use, including wet rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms and basements — not for exterior cladding or continuous rain exposure.
What is the lead time for a wholesale order? +
18–22 days for stock-color profiles; 28–35 days for custom-color or custom-mold programs. Production runs on dedicated molds across a 36-line PVC facility, so scheduling follows the same discipline as standard PVC wall panel orders rather than one-off custom projects.
Can these panels be used outdoors? +
No — this range is interior only. The profiles are designed for indoor walls and ceilings, and we will not quote them for exterior facades, balcony enclosures or garden structures. If your project is outside, tell us the application and we will recommend the correct material instead of stretching this one.
