Why This List Exists
PVC wall panel is one product name covering at least four different businesses. A half-inch webbed panel for a dairy wash-down bay and a 5mm decorative cladding strip for a hotel corridor share a polymer and almost nothing else. Buyers who compare them on price per square foot end up specifying the wrong one, then blaming the material.
This guide profiles manufacturers and suppliers active in the United States market for PVC wall panels and wall liner systems, and separates them by the job they are actually built for: sanitary liner, branded interior panel, decorative wall tile, or volume import supply.
Disclosure: This guide is compiled by Eastopo New Materials, a PVC panel manufacturer in Haining, China. Our own capability appears in category order rather than at the top, and every figure we state about ourselves is verifiable against a sample, a test report or a certificate number. Details for other suppliers come from their own published material at the time of writing; where a company does not publish a figure, this guide records that rather than estimating.
1. Extrutech Plastics, Inc.
Headquarters: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA
Founded: 1992
Key Products: Sanitary wall and ceiling panels, partition wall panels, stay-in-place concrete wall forms, doors and door jambs, clean room systems, custom contract extrusion
Industries Served: Food processing, agriculture, car wash, construction, clean rooms, office furniture, OEM
Extrutech runs 21 extrusion lines 24 hours a day in a 162,000 square foot plant, producing profiles from a quarter inch to 40 inches wide, and works in both multiple-hollow rigid profile and cellular foam solid profile. The company applies statistical process control to hold tolerance across repeat runs, which is the specific reason it survives in food processing specifications where a panel joint has to close the same way in year five as in year one.
Where it fits: the default for sanitary wall liner in North American processing and wash-down facilities, particularly where domestic manufacture is a requirement. Not aimed at decorative interior work or at buyers seeking import-level pricing.
2. Duramax PVC Panels
Headquarters: United States
Founded: Not stated on official site
Key Products: PVC wall and ceiling panels in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20 foot lengths, half-inch webbed truss panel
Industries Served: Food processing, car wash, grow rooms, dairy farms, breweries, commercial kitchens, kennels
Duramax competes directly against FRP and structures its whole argument around installed cost rather than panel cost. The half-inch webbed inner truss installs to studs or through drywall with no backing board, eliminating the OSB layer and the gluing step, and a single installer can handle panels up to 16 feet. Panels are made from virgin PVC, and the company states compliance with FDA and USDA requirements in the United States and CFIA in Canada for commercial kitchen and food prep walls and ceilings.
Where it fits: the strongest case when you are replacing FRP and can quantify labour savings. The half-inch build is deliberate mass, so buyers wanting lightweight decorative cladding will be paying for structure they do not need.
3. Trusscore
Headquarters: Ontario, Canada, serving the United States market
Founded: Not stated on official site
Key Products: Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard, Trusscore SlatWall storage system, trims
Industries Served: Residential renovation, garages and workshops, laundry and basement fit-out, agriculture, retail and light commercial
Trusscore is the category's brand builder. Wall&CeilingBoard comes in 8 through 20 foot lengths in white and grey, SlatWall adds an on-wall storage system that can be run as a track, section, half wall or full wall, and the two are designed to work as one system with shared trims. The company has invested in builder collaborations and broadcast presence to a degree no other panel maker in this category has matched.
Where it fits: ideal where end-user brand recognition shortens the sale and two colours are sufficient. Custom width, custom colour and private-label requirements fall outside the model.
4. Eastopo New Materials
Headquarters: Haining, Zhejiang, China
Key Products: PVC hollow-core wall panels, wall and ceiling cladding, bathroom and wet-area panels, OEM and private-label extrusion
Industries Served: Building material distribution, contract interiors, bathroom fit-out, hospitality and commercial refurbishment
Eastopo runs 36 extrusion lines at Haining producing 600,000 to 800,000 square metres of PVC wall and ceiling panel per month. The range covers seven widths from 100mm to 600mm, lengths of 2400mm, 2700mm and 3000mm, and wall thickness from 5.0mm to 12.0mm. Panels weigh 1.6 to 2.5 kg per square metre at 5.0 to 7.5mm, and 3.5 to 4.5 kg per square metre at 8.0 to 10.0mm.
Water absorption tests at 0.5 percent or below to EN 13245-2:2008 section 5.4. Reaction to fire is B-s2,d0 to EN 13501-1 and formaldehyde emission is E0 to EN 717-1. CE certificate reference SC-PSC-4-2026-06-54, with TUV Rheinland assessment. Minimum order 500 square metres per colour, lead time 18 to 22 days on stock profiles and 28 to 35 days with custom tooling, on EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms.
Where it fits: built for distributors and contract buyers ordering at container volume who need custom widths, colours or private label and can plan around ocean freight. Wrong choice for small quantities, urgent replacement panels, or projects requiring stock already inside the United States.
5. Nudo Products
Headquarters: Springfield, Illinois, USA
Founded: Over 60 years of operation per company statement
Key Products: Wall panels including UtiLite, FRP panels, Class A fire-rated panels, ceiling panels, exterior architectural panels, writing surfaces, sign panels
Industries Served: Modular building, clean rooms, healthcare, education, car wash, agriculture, food trucks, travel trailers, transportation, signage
Nudo's core competence is lamination: bonding aluminium, high-pressure laminate, FRP and HDPE finishes to plywood, OSB, gypsum and composite substrates, supported by an in-house transportation network. On a project needing wall, ceiling, exterior and signage panels together, that breadth removes coordination risk that unit pricing never captures.
Where it fits: best on multi-scope projects where supplier consolidation is worth more than the last few percent of unit cost. Buyers specifically seeking all-PVC hollow-core wall panel will find it is one product family among many.
6. Acoustic Ceiling Products (ACP)
Headquarters: Wisconsin, USA
Founded: First home-centre product introduced 1998
Key Products: Palisade waterproof wall tile, Fasade decorative panels, Aspect peel-and-stick metal, glass and stone tiles, Finesse flooring
Industries Served: Residential renovation, home centres, hospitality, light commercial interiors
ACP reached more than 1,500 home-centre locations by 2004 and has introduced a new line in most years since, with Palisade waterproof wall tile arriving in 2018. The products are engineered for installation by a homeowner, which shapes every decision from panel size to fixing method.
Where it fits: the right supplier when appearance drives the decision and retail availability matters. Industrial wash-down and food-grade specifications sit outside this range.
7. AmeriLux International
Headquarters: De Pere, Wisconsin, USA
Founded: 2004
Key Products: PVC liner panels, EZ Liner brand, multiwall and corrugated polycarbonate, HDPE panels, acrylic sheet, fabrication and component assembly
Industries Served: Construction, agriculture, greenhouse, architectural glazing, sign and display
AmeriLux is a distributor and fabricator rather than a primary wall panel extruder, and has spent two decades building the logistics to support that: AmeriLux Transportation in 2012 with its own fleet, AmeriLux Logistics in 2015, Shape Products acquired 2020, and EZ PVC with its EZ Liner brand in 2022, adding Las Vegas and Tampa locations.
Where it fits: strong for mixed plastics on a single order with controlled domestic freight and fabrication included. If you need tooling control, factory-level pricing or private-label extrusion, deal with a manufacturer directly.
8. Parkland Plastics
Headquarters: Middlebury, Indiana, USA
Founded: Not stated on official site
Key Products: Wall, ceiling and flooring panels including the SANI-TECH line
Industries Served: Commercial interiors, residential, manufactured housing, sanitary environments
Parkland supplies durable wall, ceiling and flooring solutions for commercial and residential spaces, with recycled content running through its positioning. Published technical documentation is lighter than Extrutech's or Duramax's, so build time into the schedule for requesting full data sheets during specification.
Where it fits: worth including where recycled content earns credit in the specification. Buyers who need downloadable third-party test data at enquiry stage should expect to request it directly.
9. Marlite
Headquarters: Dover, Ohio, USA
Founded: Not verified on official site at time of writing
Key Products: FRP wall panels, decorative wall systems, high-pressure laminate panel systems
Industries Served: Commercial interiors, healthcare, education, food service, retail
Marlite is a long-established American commercial interior panel brand with strong architectural specification presence. Its centre of gravity is FRP and laminate systems rather than extruded PVC hollow-core panel, so it appears here as an alternative material route rather than a like-for-like PVC source.
Where it fits: relevant when the specification is open on material and the priority is an established architectural brand. If the requirement is specifically extruded PVC, this is a different product family.
How to Choose a PVC Wall Panel Supplier
Fifteen questions that separate suppliers faster than a spec sheet comparison:
1. Is this a hollow-core extruded panel, a foam PVC sheet, or an FRP laminate? They are not substitutes.
2. Who owns the extrusion tooling, and are they the manufacturer or a reseller?
3. Actual wall thickness at the thinnest point of the profile, not nominal panel thickness.
4. Weight per square metre or square foot, which is the honest measure of material content.
5. Does the panel need a backing board, and is that cost in the quote?
6. Impact resistance data, if the wall will take trolley or equipment contact.
7. Tested water absorption figure, with the standard clause cited.
8. Fire classification, standard referenced, and whether the report is available.
9. Formaldehyde or VOC emission data for enclosed occupied spaces.
10. Minimum order quantity, and whether it is per order or per colour.
11. Lead time on stock profiles versus custom tooling, quoted separately.
12. Trade terms available and who controls the freight leg.
13. Colour consistency across production runs, and the policy on mid-project reorders.
14. Certification valid in your market, with checkable certificate numbers.
15. Custom width, custom colour and private label: available, and at what tooling cost and volume?
Question five catches more buyers than any other. A panel quoted 20 percent cheaper that requires an OSB backing board, adhesive and a second installer is not cheaper. Compare installed cost per square metre, including the labour hours, or the comparison is meaningless.
Question four is the second trap. Wall thickness is easy to state and hard to verify once a panel is cut and installed, but weight per square metre cannot be faked: it is the direct output of how much polymer went into the profile. Ask for the figure in writing, then weigh the sample when it arrives. A panel that comes in 15 percent under its published weight is telling you something the data sheet is not, and it usually shows up later as flex between battens or as edges that crack when a fixing is overtightened.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which company is best for PVC wall panels?
It depends entirely on the application. For sanitary and wash-down environments in North America, Extrutech and Duramax are the established references. For branded residential and light commercial, Trusscore and ACP lead. For container-volume supply with custom widths, colours or private label, an overseas manufacturer such as Eastopo is more cost-effective. Decide the supply model first, then compare price.
Are PVC wall panels better than FRP?
For most wet commercial interiors, PVC hollow-core installs faster because it needs no backing board or adhesive, and it will not delaminate. FRP retains an edge in impact resistance where hard equipment contact is routine. The honest comparison is installed cost plus expected service life, not panel price.
What thickness of PVC wall panel should I specify?
5.0mm to 8.0mm suits domestic and light commercial walls. 8.0mm to 12.0mm is the working range for commercial walls taking regular contact or wider stud spacing. Cross-check thickness against weight per square metre, because two panels quoted at the same thickness can differ substantially in material content.
Can PVC wall panels be installed directly onto studs?
Hollow-core panels with an interlocking profile generally fix directly to studs or over existing drywall without a backing board. Thinner decorative cladding usually needs a continuous substrate. Confirm the fixing method before pricing, because it changes the labour line more than the material line.
What is a typical minimum order from a factory?
Domestic distributors sell by panel or pallet. Direct from factory, expect around 500 square metres per colour. Check whether the MOQ is per order or per colour, because a three-colour programme at 500 square metres per colour is a 1,500 square metre commitment.
How do I verify a manufacturer's claims before ordering?
Ask for the certificate number, not the certificate logo, and check it against the issuing body. Request a physical sample and weigh it: measured weight per square metre against the published figure is the fastest test of whether a data sheet reflects what actually ships.
