Why This List Exists

Specifying a PVC ceiling panel supplier is not the same as specifying a ceiling panel. The panel is a commodity; the supplier decides whether your job finishes on schedule. Most buyers only discover the difference when a container lands three weeks late, or when the replacement batch arrives half a shade off the original run.

This guide profiles manufacturers and suppliers active in the United States market for PVC ceiling panels and ceiling liner systems. Some are domestic extruders. Some are distributors with fabrication capability. Some are overseas factories shipping direct. Each model suits a different kind of buyer, and the differences matter more than any single specification.

Disclosure: this guide is compiled by Eastopo New Materials, a PVC panel manufacturer in Haining, China. Our own capability is listed alongside the others, in category order rather than at the top, and every figure we cite about ourselves is a number a buyer can verify against a sample, a test report or a certificate. Company details for the other suppliers were taken from their own published material at the time of writing. Where a company does not state a figure publicly, this guide says so rather than filling the gap.

1. Extrutech Plastics, Inc.

Headquarters: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA
Founded: 1992
Key Products: Sanitary wall and ceiling panels, suspended ceiling panels, stay-in-place concrete wall forms, partition panels, doors and door jambs, custom contract extrusion
Industries Served: Food processing, agriculture, car wash, construction, clean rooms, OEM

Extrutech is the reference point most American specifiers use for hygienic PVC liner. The company runs 21 extrusion lines around the clock in a 162,000 square foot plant on a ten acre site, and can extrude profiles from a quarter of an inch up to 40 inches wide. Founded by Greg Sheehy on a single used extruder, it now employs around 60 people across three shifts. It is a genuine extruder, not a rebrander, and its close-tolerance work in food processing environments is why it keeps appearing in USDA-facing specifications.

Where it fits: strongest when you need sanitary-grade liner for a North American processing or wash-down facility, particularly where domestic content matters. Less suited to buyers seeking decorative interior ceiling ranges or high-volume import pricing, which is not the market this company serves.

2. Trusscore

Headquarters: Ontario, Canada, serving the United States market
Founded: Not stated on official site
Key Products: Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard (interlocking interior PVC panel), Trusscore SlatWall, trims
Industries Served: Residential renovation, garages and workshops, agriculture, light commercial, retail

Trusscore has built the strongest consumer-facing brand in the interlocking PVC panel category, with panels in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20 foot lengths in white and grey. Its marketing runs through builder and renovation channels and it has invested heavily in dealer networks and media partnerships. For a distributor, the brand pull is real: end users arrive already asking for the product by name.

Where it fits: excellent where branded pull-through and a dealer network matter, and where two colours cover the requirement. Less suited to projects needing custom widths, custom colours or private-label supply, since the range is deliberately narrow.

3. Duramax PVC Panels

Headquarters: United States
Founded: Not stated on official site (describes decades of manufacturing experience)
Key Products: PVC wall and ceiling panels in 8 to 20 foot lengths, half-inch webbed truss panel
Industries Served: Food processing, car wash, grow rooms, dairy, breweries, commercial kitchens

Duramax positions squarely against FRP. Its half-inch webbed inner truss panel installs directly to studs without an OSB backing board, which removes a material layer and lets one person handle panels up to 16 feet. The company states its panels meet FDA and USDA requirements in the United States and CFIA requirements in Canada for walls and ceilings in commercial kitchens and food prep areas, and it publishes fire, hygienic and LARR documentation openly.

Where it fits: a strong candidate when you are replacing FRP in a wet commercial environment and want documentation on hand for inspection. Its thickness profile is built around that use case, so buyers wanting thin decorative ceiling strip will find the range heavier and more expensive than needed.

4. Eastopo New Materials

Headquarters: Haining, Zhejiang, China
Key Products: PVC hollow-core ceiling panels, wall and ceiling cladding, bathroom ceiling panels, OEM extrusion
Industries Served: Building material distribution, contract interiors, bathroom and wet-area fit-out, commercial refurbishment

Eastopo operates 36 extrusion lines at Haining with a monthly output of 600,000 to 800,000 square metres of PVC wall and ceiling panel. Panels are produced in seven widths from 100mm to 600mm, lengths of 2400mm, 2700mm and 3000mm, and wall thicknesses from 5.0mm to 12.0mm. Weight runs 1.6 to 2.5 kg per square metre in the 5.0 to 7.5mm range, and 3.5 to 4.5 kg per square metre in the 8.0 to 10.0mm range.

Water absorption is tested at 0.5 percent or below to EN 13245-2:2008 section 5.4. Reaction to fire is classified B-s2,d0 to EN 13501-1, and formaldehyde emission is E0 to EN 717-1. The CE certificate reference is SC-PSC-4-2026-06-54, with additional TUV Rheinland assessment. Minimum order is 500 square metres per colour; lead time runs 18 to 22 days on stock profiles and 28 to 35 days on custom tooling. Trade terms offered are EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.

Where it fits: suited to distributors and contractors ordering at container volume who need custom widths, colours or private label, and who can plan around ocean freight. Not the right choice for a buyer needing a handful of panels next week, or for a project requiring stock held inside the United States.

5. Nudo Products

Headquarters: Springfield, Illinois, USA
Founded: Over 60 years of operation per company statement
Key Products: Ceiling panels, wall panels including the UtiLite line, FRP panels, Class A fire-rated panels, exterior architectural panels, sign panels
Industries Served: Modular building, clean rooms, healthcare, education, car wash, agriculture, food trucks, transportation, signage

Nudo is a laminator as much as an extruder, bonding finishes such as aluminium, high-pressure laminate, FRP and HDPE to substrates including plywood, OSB, gypsum and composites. The breadth is the point: a single supplier can cover ceiling, wall, floor, exterior and sign panel requirements on one project, backed by an in-house transportation network.

Where it fits: valuable on mixed-scope projects where consolidating suppliers saves more than shaving unit cost. Buyers looking specifically for an all-PVC hollow-core ceiling panel will find it is one line among many rather than the company's central focus.

6. Acoustic Ceiling Products (ACP)

Headquarters: Wisconsin, USA
Founded: First product introduced to the home-centre industry in 1998
Key Products: Fasade decorative ceiling and backsplash panels, Genesis waterproof ceiling tiles, Palisade waterproof wall tile, Aspect peel-and-stick tiles
Industries Served: Residential renovation, home centres, light commercial interiors, hospitality

ACP built its business through home-centre retail, reaching more than 1,500 locations by 2004, and has released a new product line most years since. Its Genesis waterproof ceiling tile line is the relevant one for wet-area ceilings; the wider portfolio is decorative thermoplastic, metal, glass and wood.

Where it fits: the natural choice where appearance drives the decision and the buyer wants a retail-available product. Industrial and food-grade specifiers will generally need to look elsewhere, as the range is designed around decor rather than wash-down duty.

7. AmeriLux International

Headquarters: De Pere, Wisconsin, USA
Founded: 2004
Key Products: PVC liner panels, multiwall and corrugated polycarbonate sheet, HDPE panels, acrylic sheet, fabrication and component assembly
Industries Served: Construction, agriculture, architectural glazing, greenhouse, sign and display

AmeriLux is a value-adding distributor rather than a primary extruder of ceiling panel, and it has built out the supply chain around that role: AmeriLux Transportation launched in 2012 with its own drivers and equipment, AmeriLux Logistics followed in 2015, Shape Products was acquired in 2020 and EZ PVC, with its EZ Liner brand, in 2022, adding locations in Las Vegas and Tampa.

Where it fits: strong when you need mixed plastics on one order with reliable domestic freight and fabrication attached. If you need a factory relationship, tooling control or private-label extrusion, a primary manufacturer is the better route.

8. Palram Americas

Headquarters: Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, USA (parent Palram Industries founded 1963)
Key Products: Extruded thermoplastic sheet, polycarbonate and PVC panel systems, Palruf corrugated PVC roofing
Industries Served: Construction and architecture, agriculture, sign and display, transportation, home and outdoor living

Palram Americas is an end-to-end manufacturing operation, not just a distribution arm, and its scale and testing depth are among the strongest in the sector. Its centre of gravity, however, is glazing and corrugated sheet rather than interior ceiling liner.

Where it fits: the right call for translucent roofing, canopies and glazing applications. If your requirement is a flat interior ceiling panel, note that Palruf and similar lines are corrugated exterior products and are not interchangeable with interior liner.

9. Parkland Plastics

Headquarters: Middlebury, Indiana, USA
Founded: Not stated on official site
Key Products: Wall, ceiling and flooring panel solutions, including the SANI-TECH line
Industries Served: Commercial interiors, residential, manufactured housing, sanitary environments

Parkland manufactures wall, ceiling and flooring products for commercial and residential spaces, with a recycled-content story that appears throughout its positioning. Its public technical documentation is thinner than that of Extrutech or Duramax, so allow time to request full data sheets during specification.

Where it fits: worth shortlisting where recycled content carries weight in the specification. Buyers who need published third-party test data at the enquiry stage should plan to ask for it directly rather than expecting to download it.

How to Choose a PVC Ceiling Panel Supplier

Fourteen questions that separate suppliers faster than a spec sheet comparison:

1. Are they the extruder, or are they reselling? Ask who owns the tooling.
2. What is the actual wall thickness, in millimetres or inches, at the thinnest point of the profile? Nominal thickness hides a lot.
3. What does the panel weigh per square metre or square foot? Weight is the honest proxy for material content.
4. What is the tested water absorption figure, and against which standard clause?
5. What is the fire classification, against which standard, and can they produce the report?
6. Is there formaldehyde or VOC emission data for enclosed occupied spaces?
7. Minimum order quantity, and is it per order or per colour? These are very different numbers.
8. Lead time on stock profiles versus custom tooling, stated separately.
9. Which trade terms are offered, and who controls the freight leg?
10. Colour consistency policy across production runs, and how they handle a mid-project reorder.
11. Do they hold United States stock, or is every order a fresh production run?
12. What certification applies in your market, with certificate numbers you can check?
13. Can they supply custom widths and lengths, and what does tooling cost?
14. Will they private label, and at what volume does that start?

Two of these questions do most of the work. Weight per square metre exposes thin-wall panels that meet a nominal thickness on paper. And asking whether MOQ is per order or per colour reveals the real cost of a three-colour programme, which is where import buyers most often get caught out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which company is best for PVC ceiling panels?
There is no single answer, because the suppliers serve different models. For sanitary liner in a North American food or wash-down facility, Extrutech and Duramax are the established references. For branded residential and light commercial work, Trusscore and ACP lead. For container-volume import with custom widths and private label, an overseas manufacturer such as Eastopo will be more cost-effective. Match the supply model to your order pattern before comparing unit price.

What thickness of PVC ceiling panel should I specify?
For domestic and light commercial ceilings, 5.0mm to 8.0mm is normal. For commercial ceilings with service loads or wider batten spacing, 8.0mm to 12.0mm is the working range. Always cross-check against weight per square metre: two panels quoted at 8mm can differ by 30 percent in material content.

Are PVC ceiling panels suitable for bathrooms and wet areas?
Yes, and this is where they outperform plasterboard most clearly. Look for a tested water absorption figure rather than a marketing claim of waterproof. A result of 0.5 percent or below to EN 13245-2:2008 section 5.4 indicates a closed-cell hollow profile that will not swell at cut edges.

What is a typical minimum order quantity from a manufacturer?
Domestic distributors will sell by the panel or the pallet. Direct from factory, expect a minimum in the region of 500 square metres per colour. The per-colour qualifier is critical: a 500 square metre MOQ across three colours is a 1,500 square metre commitment.

How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Domestic stock ships in days. Direct from an Asian factory, allow 18 to 22 days production on stock profiles and 28 to 35 days where custom tooling is involved, then add ocean transit and customs clearance. Build both legs into the programme rather than quoting production time alone.

Can PVC ceiling panels be supplied in custom widths and colours?
Domestic branded ranges are usually fixed, often to two or three colours. Factory-direct supply is where custom widths, colours and private label become available, with tooling cost and higher MOQ as the trade-off. Confirm the tooling charge and who retains ownership of the tool before committing.
