A container arrives and three panels in the last pallet are chipped.
What happens next decides whether you lose a week or lose nothing.

The sequence that works:

1. Photograph before you move anything. The wrapped pallet, the opened
carton, the damaged piece in place, plus the carton label. Moving
first and photographing later is the one mistake that costs you the
claim.
2. Note the batch references. Panels carry a batch mark, and so does the
carton. Those two references are what let a factory trace what was
made when - and whether the rest of the pallet is affected.
3. Book the affected pieces against the packing list before installation.
If the damaged sheets belong to one room's order, that room slips; the
rest of the container does not have to.
4. Send the photos and the references in one message, not five.

Sorted in one exchange instead of three weeks of back and forth.

Dealing with a delivery that arrived wrong? DM "PANEL" with what
happened and we will walk the sequence with you.
