1. What is your minimum order?
Our minimum applies to a single colour or a single wood species. We do not
offer a mixed-colour minimum - if you need several finishes, tell us and we
will quote them as separate lines rather than promise a number that will
not survive production.
2. Can you match a colour I already have?
Yes. Send a photo of what you are matching, or choose from our colour card.
We check it against what we can produce and tell you honestly where the
match will sit.
3. Can I get samples first?
Yes. We send a small number of types. The samples themselves are free and
you cover the shipping before dispatch - we just need your full address.
4. How long until it ships?
We give a range, not a date: a shorter range for standard items and a longer
one for custom work, both subject to the production schedule at the time you
order. Anyone quoting you an exact date before the order is placed is
guessing.
5. Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. Private label and OEM are available, with a first-order volume
requirement so the run is worth setting up properly. Ask us what that means
for your product.
